quick one. i think im gnna post here from now on or something. hahaha! OOPS.
anyway 50 free was okay. i got first in my heat! haha no pb though. apparently my touch was quite nice. HAHA. dont ask me, ask yan! yeah at least its a 29 though, so quite alrite :)
400im! i got second HAHAHAHAH yayyy. there were only three swimmers though. haha my back was very slow. 1.31 HAHA i was very tired and didnt want to go too hard and die. ahwell, at least i did a pb, by two seconds. haha second pb of the meet. 2/8. 25%! at least i did a pb lah. slowly slowly step by step! haha.
